I just finished the coulis, and it's all chilling now. The cheesecake itself is possibly the ugliest cheesecake I've ever baked, but the batter was absolutely delicious.
I'll post up pictures & recipe once I plate it & make sure it's worth sharing.
Last year, I gave a few gifts of cheescake. Here's a pic of one gift...a Apple Pecan, a Turtle, and a Brownie cheesecake.
