I have an Apple-Pecan and a Turtle Cheesecake in the oven.

I'll post up some pics when they're done.

They're not my own recipes, but I can share if anybody is interested. I've just not found too many people willing to put in the time to make real cheese cake. I had about 4 hours in the 2 of these.

Evil,...my man they look fantastic! Hope they taste as good as they look dude.

Going shopping with the Mrs. tonite;.... hmmm...just might have to stop at the "Cheese Cake Factory" to satisfy this sudden craving I have. :tmbup:

They are good... good enough that I'd put them & a $20 that if you did a blind A-B taste test with them & the Cheese Cake Factory's, you'd choose mine. :tmbup:

I've been making these and a few others for years, offering them as gifts to a chosen few people.

I had mine today.

Girls really liked the Turtle one.

I loved both but was partial to the apple. Not a big Chocolate person.

Great job...you missed your calling.

Same here. My wife and kids prefer the Turtle, but I'm not as big on Chocolate, either.
