April 22nd - Comp #1 - Yorkville Dam
May 20th - Comp #2 - 4wd Hardware
June 24th - Comp #3 - Ohiopyle
July 22nd - Comp #4 -

4wd Hardware (tentative pending approval)

September 23rd - Comp Finals - Ohiopyle

Details:

Times:

• 8:00 am Doors Open
• 8:30 am Tech Inspection (Not tech'd, No Series Points)
• 9:00 am Drivers Meeting
• 9:15 am Comp Starts

Classes: 2.2 (Pro/Am); 1.9 Comp; Sportsman; Super

Format: 2 to 3 Courses per class (8 or more gates/6 minute limit in 2.2Am and Sportsman, 5 Minutes in 2.2 Pro, 1.9 & Super)

Extra Events: Swap Meet

Fees:

• Members $7 for 1st Class / $3 per additional Class
• Non Members $10 per Class

Looks like no comping for me this series...

I'm sorry, but this has been posted up in the members section since March. I posted up to work around all the members schedules, and I had already changed the April date to try to work with your schedule and changed the August date to work around the Rosepoint scale comp. There had been no other mention of any conflicts.

The May2th was a typo. It is May20th.

The September 23rd date may have to change if there's a comp at Rausch Creek. Not sure where Stick is n date approvals with Ohiopyle to see if we can change.

Not implying anything...just stating that 2012 is not good for anything this year. tied up with daughter graduating, vacation and sending her off to college. We normally have 3 camping trips in by now... we will only have three by mid July...

I see several conflicint events with the May 20th date. Unfortunately, I've been working on getting that date approved for too long and just heard back from them. I'm afraid if I tried to change now, I'd risk losing the location.

Is there are date in September that can work? I was going to try to attend the Rausch Creek comps, but hadn't seen a schedule posted for them yet. We just have to watch, because we don't want to cause a conflict with Nationals.

Sept 22nd is the Rausch Creek event.

I am open all of September being that my daughter will now be at College.

Don't try to schedule around me...the Series is shot anyway.

I don't think that there will be to much conflict from the scale side for the 20th. I'm not seeing a lot of overlap from the comp versus scale side and hopefully W.Pa.C. folks will show up for the scale events/gtg's
Now on to Ohio Pyle, if we don't have confirmation soon I'm going to move the Scale comp to another spot.
