5lb med to large shell on shrimp
1/2 gal white vinegar
1/2 gal water
2 12oz bottles dark beer (I've been using Sam Adams but, Guiness is better)
2 TBS salt
Old Bay Seasoning
In a large pot mix the vinegar, water, beer, salt and 2 -3 TBS Old Bay and bring to a rolling boil. Add shrimp and bring liquid back to a boil for 5 min. Remove shrimp from liquid using a strainer and place in a large bowl or another pot. Sprinkle with old bay and shake. Serve with plenty of ice cold beer, ****tail sauce, paper towels and good friends. Delicious hot or cold.
