hey joe you'll love that thing watch the drive shafts. you might wanna go with a set of stampede shaft. i broke my shafts with in a week of owning mine.

RE: the shafts...Axial makes a ring that makes them almost bullet proof.

I believe JohnatABC has them on BO...

Well, I got most of it together. Got both axles built, all the links, tranny. Mounted the tranny and the rear axle. Hopefully work will be slow tomorrow and I can finish building it. Tests come tomorrow. Thing that sucks tho, my ESC is at my parents. So no reverse till the weekend. So all I'll have is forward and brakes. Oh well.

I'm sure I'll break something. Stampede shafts? They anything like the Rustlers? I got 4 sets of Rustler shafts, maybe more.

They are the same...only thing I would suggest, if you are changing them is to either go with the VXL or the Metal Output Yokes. If you talk to JohnatABC...I can hook you up.

I was surprised it has the metal yokes on the trans/axles and just the driveshafts themselves are plastic.

I would get the rings that Axial makes...they lock the axles to the U-Joint. Should be bullet proof at that point.

the plastic it real weak at the u-joint. i was climing up a wall and mine broke. the tires the come with it are good but i changed mine out to my bogger look-a-likes (they grip alil better).

I just built the little guys Scorp this weekend. I like this rig a lot Anybody that is looking for an all in the box crawler this is it. It's killing me not to torture this thing, but it's his . John at ABC definitely made sure we walked out with all we needed . Once it was built all I saw from the little guy was
