  • how have you locked your axles??

How has everyone locked there clod axles? do you like it? give me your opinions on the best way to lock em up!!

I used the rcp aluminum lockers

I have not had any issues with them, I love them. I though that since i was running the stock plastic gears with them that i would chew the stock gears up, but they show no signs of wear after 4 years of running. The stock gears mesh very nicely with the aluminum locker.

I use the CPE Diff Lockers.

I felt the same way on the alum to plastic. This gives me the locked diff but the OEM gears...

I have always used jb weld in mine for the 2.2. On the super I used a plastic diff locker in the rear and the front is locked with profesional weld (I though it was a cheap knock off of jb weld but turned out it wasn't). I got it at my local wal-mart about a year ago for like 10 bucks.

Nothing special just 2 part Epoxy from Wal-Mart. also locked the rear diff in my Sav X with it and works awsome.
