  • Paint question

Do you have to use lacquer on a hard body (Tamiya Ford F350) or can I use regular paint?

    Thanks

You can use regular paint. I would use a modeler's paint meant for plastic models as the plastic they use is very similar to that in a hard body. Or just use good old rattle cans, they will work great too! Just remember to scuff the body.

Yes, I meant a rattle can. I just wanted to know can I use an enamal paint, or dose it have to be lacquar, like on a lexan body.

I used Krylon Plastic Paint on mine...just put it on in several light coats and make sure they are dry in between.
