  • Hilux Yota First Run

Now it is 65 degrees today so I had to take the yota out for a beating. First off, I went to a place that I knew would have both crawlin obstacles and some mud boggin. Had no idea what I was in for.

When I pulled up...I knew it was going to be bad...my front tire sunk in...

I approached the rocks...Now I know I need to work the leafs a little but I was pretty happy with the results.

When at the top of the rocks...I saw a mud bog that I had to investigate...

On the other end of the bog was, what I call a whoop-Dee...

    Still some air...

Here is a video of the run:

Had to run it through some snow to get some of the mud off or the cops would surely stop me..

I came home and the wife made me take it to the Quarter Car wash before pulling it the garage...

I hear ya...that is why I built this. The Scale Avy is going to be a long project and I had to have a scaler. This thing is a ton of fun with the 3 speed. I don't think I will ever take it out...

yeah the three speed is cool, thats why i wanted it in my wrangler scaler! i just couldn't do a scaler without shift options!!

35T Warrior...Killer Torque and serious wheel spinning on 8 cell pack of 2/3A.

Puller would be good but no room...I thought about putting my 7T Puller in it but not going to fit.

When in doubt throttle out dad! Don't be scared to cut things up to shove in that puller motor
